Fulfillment Time

Everything we sell is custom-made for you after you place your order as part of our commitment to reducing waste and avoiding the ecological footprint of mass-produced inventory that might never find a home. This time varies across products, but is usually less than 3 days (but can be longer).

Shipping Time

Once your item has been made, our standard shipping time within the United States is 2-5 business days. During busy periods such as the holidays, it can take a little longer.

To track an order, simply enter your order number or tracking number on our Order Tracking Page.
