Our friendly chatbot, NuzzleBot, can answer many questions, and will guide you through the process if additional info is required to fix an issue, connecting you to a person if necessary. 

During our work hours, you will always have the option to be put through to a person if you prefer.

We may not respond instantly – no call center here, just real people with tea and opposable thumbs – but we promise to get back to you as soon as we can. We appreciate your patience, and for joining us on this slightly off-track, simple|kind adventure.
